Please review our Terms of Service. The Client, is the party to this agreement who has requested or engaged the services of Kleen-It-Rite to provide cleaning services. Client hereby agrees to pay the fee(s) as described to Client. Kleen-It-Rite has been hired to perform services as specified under normal working conditions separate from acts of nature, conditions beyond the control of this Service, electrical and or equipment failures. Payment is due prior to service(s) rendered - unless otherwise specified. For residential services, pets must be placed in separate rooms while cleaning is in progress. In the event the Client does not honor the full requested costs and fees, Client shall be liable for late fees, collection, attorney’s fees and all court costs. If Client’s certified funds or check given this Service is not honored, Client agrees to pay any bank penalty imposed upon Kleen-It-Rite’s account and necessary attorney’s fees in the event of a collection process. Client must notify this Service, within 24 hours of placing request, of Client's intent to cancel request for service, or a 33% cancellation fee of total service charge will apply. Kleen-It-Rite reserves the right to reject or deny any cleaning request at its discretion. Prepayment required for first-time clients. Client agrees to waive all rights to any and all claims, causes, demands, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement, including property damage and or personal injury.
